During the first display (at least), the sidewalk on the Cartier bridge was closed. Has it been opened -- or do the bridge-people still have to watch through multiple layers of bars? :P

I saw some youtube videos where it appears that people are on the sidewalk. Hopefully someone who actually goes on the bridge can comment.
