Hey Paul,

I have a question. Do you remember when France played in 1993? The were by far the loudest display I have ever seen since I have been attending the show since 1990. They were pretty much the only country to shoot out thousands and thousands of cardboard pieces in the air, not to mention a lot of ash. Since then, I always figured that everytime they play, I sometimes feel that they will attempt to do that again, however, I think it's illegal. I also believe that they created a massive cloud of smoke that was capable of devouring the entire city, and more!!! That year, I read in your report that for most salutes that were fired could be felt by a THUMP in the chest! This is so true. The ending was also out of this world and my ears were ringing!! It was incredible indeed. It was like a time bomb!!!

How did they shoot out paper and cardboard like that? I wonder what approach they took to do that. It was great and enjoyable.

That's one of the displays I will never forget, France of 93, and Spain was also another that I will never forget.

Anyway, you guys reply soon. Thx. I doubt you guys forgot that display.

Trav.
