Of course, it is me on the right with Eric Tucker on the left. I'm the host of the website, not the competition. Remember that this site is not related in any official way to the Mondial SAQ. Finally, Michel Lacroix is the Master of Ceremonies, not the host

To be honest, that picture of me on there is not the greatest!

Hey Paul, I have a question.

Is Michel Lacroix the guy who does the countdown for each display? If he is, how many years has he been doing it for?

Please reply soon.

I don't know how long - but he has been doing it for all the time I've been watching the competition. He is the voice of the competition as far as I'm concerned. I was really pleased they brought him back full time, unlike last year when he only did the first and last displays.

Paul.

Yes, it's true, he's very popular.

I never actually knew his name, but since I've been watching the competition for 12 or 13 years now, his voice has always been heard for me in the past, so he is very popular.

I'm not sure how long he's been here, but I do know that he is well known on the radio station 107.3 FM for the competition and I know his voice very well now and since 1990, just never knew his name!

Besides, what would the competition be without him!! He's great.

It looks like he's quite popular in other festivities as well!

I do remember not hearing much of him in 2002, which was a little bizare because he's been there practically every year. But yes Frederick, that might explain his absence a lot last year for most of the shows! I think Paul had mentioned that he was there during the first and last shows, though, if my memory is correct.

As always, he will be back for next year's competition, I hope!
