my birthday is 14 August but i had to it 2day, becuz my cousine, shes from Belguim and 2day is her birthday, so we wanted to do 2gether

anyways, i personally am not a fan of birthdays, but my mom force us to do it (for pics mostly) i really hate birthdays, i find them very annoying and very childish, im 16 years old come on, no more of this, and i even dont want presences too, for soem reason its annoying

and i usally never laugh at taking pics with the cakes and all that, ppl force me to, but i barely smile

but 2day there was a twist, the ppl around me started saying "feux d'artifice", "La Ronde", "cest genial!!!" <- (long story lamo) and some other funny stuffs that happens here

i couldnt resist i laughed, and they toke pics... lamo!!! they named everything i like, made me laugh.. lamo!

they even mention the little fireworks that i do LOL!

My birthday was on July 21st and I barely could give a smile in any photo!

Anyway, like you, they did things that made me laugh and so I did anyhow.

I don't mind birthdays at all, but you see, to tell you the truth, my birthday sometimes falls on fireworks days!!!

In the past my birthday ended up on a day of fireworks for about 5 times already, one beeing last year.

I hope next year that so happens again!

I have to tell you this. When my birthday falls on any display any year, here's what I do:

I wake up in the morning, get a big breakfast and stuff my face! We then head out on a little trip and do family things, we then come back and and have my birthday cake and yes, sing happy birthday! Then, finally, we go out to a fancy restauraunt to eat, and once again, I stuff my face!

Then the final part, we head out to see a magnificent fireworks display in the good old Mondial SAQ! It is the best part of when my birthday is on fireworks, it's what I look foward to the most!

I hope it happens again next year! The beauty of it, is sometimes it falls on my brother's birthday as well! So, if I miss it on mine, sometimes a display ends up on his.

The best display on my birthday was probably the country that played last year, it was Italy, I think. My favorite part was the Italian Finale! After that display, my parents said "Wasn't that a great birthday present?" I said, "indeed!"

As a final note, my cousin and my grandfather's birthday are on the same day, July 30th, and surprise surprise, that was La Ronde fireworks day, what a treat that was! I forgot to mention, my grandmother's birthday is the day after mine, so sometimes that happens there as well.

I love where our birthdays are located, especially mine, right in July, the heart of summer and the climax of the whole competition of the Mondial SAQ!!!!!!

I hope that next year, a lot of our birthdays end up on fireworks days. lol

Happy birthday songs can be annoying, but yet, kinda fun, especially the "make a wish" part!
