Posted: Jun 22, 2008 12:26:26 Hi everyone - so we start a new season - here are a few of my pictures from yesterday's show - I shot from Ile Charron (Boucherville) - and used my 300mm - made a few mistakes, such that I left the stabilizer on when I was on a tripod (highly not recommended) and attached the camera to the tripod instead of the lens to the tripod - this resulted in a lot of motion blur - I will know next time - I think I was able to get some decent ones nevertheless You can have a peek here: http://www.pbase.com/rachelita/feux2008 |

Posted: Jun 22, 2008 12:50:54 Hi rachelita, It's nice to see both you and your nice fireworks pictures once again! I just looked through the photos, and I thought they were still pretty nice despite the slight blur. I particularly liked this one: http://www.pbase.com/rachelita/image/99046953 Also above the fireworks mass in the photo, the glowing stars look like a small star constellation there. Anyhow, thank you for sharing! I look forward, as always, to seeing your photos for the upcoming displays! Hope you get great integral views like this one! Trav. |
